The pool area is very clean too. Exquisite and neat room, hair dryers, a walk-in shower, and towels in the room. Central location, chilled-out base for discovering Miami Beach.

Good value and beautifully decorated place, it has accommodating staff on night shift. They have a downstairs bar.

The property was modern with pleasant staff on night shift. It had central location close to O Cinema Miami Beach.

It has comfy setting to the nightlife at that part of town. It is adjacent to Miami Beach, shops & restuarants, and restuarants, we loved the view of garden.

Public parking nearby provided. Very good sized room with an own bathroom.

Loved neat room for boiling water, wouldn't mind staying there all day. It was in a central location, close to the shore.

It was a charming small place, had very pleasant and exceptionally nice staff on night shift. The location was central, marvellous to various restaurants. And we were short walk to the beach and shops, and the city centre. There was a huge variety of reasonably priced meals.

The location was favourable, for the beer garden, it's a plus. It was at walking distance from Subway, serving fast food. Downstairs bar was delightful.

The location was convenient and peaceful, a 10-15 minute walking distance from Brittany Bay Park.

I loved the courtyard, which had a small bar, lounging areas, and a pool. Unfortunately, the music continued late into the night which kept me awake. But overall, this was a great find for the price and location near the beach and some excellent restaurants. I recommend it!

Comfortable and peaceful location - steps away from North Beach Bandshell. Comfortable bed, tiled bathroom and cable TV, a kitchenette, and a couch in the room.

I recently stayed at The New Hotel in Miami for a week-long vacation. The hotel's prime location made it easy for me to explore the surrounding areas, including Bal Harbour and South Beach. The beach was just a minute's walk away, and there were plenty of eateries and convenient stores nearby. The hotel also offered cable television and easy parking, which added to the convenience. Additionally, the staff was very accommodating and allowed me to check in early.

Would be happy to recommend this hotel.

The stay here was perfectly pleasant, thoroughly enjoyed the hotel, it was impeccably clean with comfortable location next to North Miami Beach instead of South Beach, bakeries, and local, family-style Latin restaurants. The staff was really helpful and attentive as we expected.
